SMOKE ALARM TESTING
As approved AICO installers we don’t just install Class D system. We can carry out yearly inspections and testing to confirm the system is functioning and the alarms are in date, highlighting electrical testing’s role.
EMERGENCY LIGHTING TESTING
Emergency lighting is background lighting used in the event of power failure to the normal lighting. We can install and carry out monthly or yearly testing, reinforcing the need for consistent electrical testing. We give a certificate to prove compliance with the fire officer or council.
PAT TESTING
This testing involves visual checks, and combined inspection and testing using a PAT test meter in order to meet the requirements of the Electricity at Work Regulations Act 1974. Electrical testing ensures compliance.

Pricing starts from £145+ Vat for a 1-3 bed property, based on the complexity of the electrical testing required.
Commercial properties are priced per circuit at £12.00 + Vat per circuit with a minimum fee of £180 + Vat to cover the thorough electrical testing process.
Pat testing
Pricing starts at £50 + Vat up to 12 items. Then £1 per item thereafter. Each item undergoes electrical testing.
